I Love My Country. The United States of American is the greatest country on earth, but it is being killed bit by bit and I will not stand by and let that happen. I realize I am only one individual among many but I don’t think I am standing alone. What is happening to this country is a crime. It is a crime against all of us that believe in freedom and the rights granted to us in the constitution and the bill of rights. The people that were elected to represent us, the people, are doing what will hurt our economy, our lives and our country as a whole. We need to take back the country we love by telling them in loud, firm voices that we have had Enough.
The President is only a man, a mortal like you and I. He is not God and should not have complete and unequivocal control over the government. Unfortunately, the checks and balances that are supposed to guard us from tyranny can not work with the present Congress. When one party, democrat or republican, has total control over Our government its works against all of us.
Instead of days and days of Michael Jackson news, the news that is really important has been ignored. Do you know that the House has passed a bill that will raise Our taxes by over 50% a year? If passed by the Senate, good-bye to more jobs and higher taxes and gasoline prices. Do you know what is happening with the proposed health care bill that will take away our rights to good medical care? Do you want to be 70 and get cancer or heart problems and told too bad, die? What about our foreign policies? These policies are not what our country has stood for since our beginning.
Write, Call or E-mail your people in Congress and let them how you feel. This is important, so do it now!!!
